The data controller is Letxbe, publisher of the letxbe.ai website.

For any question regarding the protection of your data or to exercise your rights, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@letxbe.ai.

The letxbe.ai website has no user accounts. Personal data is collected only in two cases:

• When you book a demo (via the HubSpot Meetings widget, EU cluster): name, professional email, company and meeting details.
• When you write to us at team@letxbe.ai: the data you choose to share with us.

This data is used solely to respond to your request, arrange the demo and manage the associated sales follow-up.

The processing of your data is based on your consent, obtained when you book a demo or contact us, and on the legitimate interest of the publisher in responding to the requests it receives and managing its business relationship.

Your data is accessible to Letxbe internal teams authorised to handle your request.

We use HubSpot, Inc. (United States, with data hosted on its EU cluster) as a processor for meeting scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM). This processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Your data is retained for 3 years from your last contact for prospect and commercial data, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of data in transit and at rest, and hosting of processing data within the European Union.

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies set are HubSpot’s, and only when you use the demo booking widget. For more information, see our cookie policy.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing.

You can exercise these rights by writing to team@letxbe.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
